How do I install it?
I recommend Prism Launcher, because it's the least bloated. Anything should work, though. I haven't made a modpack, because there's only one mod.
Can I do clientside mods like Optifine, JEI?
As long as it doesn't crash the server, you can use it.
Are there serverside mods besides Create?
Yeah, but you don't have to install them. The notable one is the one for the 3D map
How much RAM does the server have?
100GB.
